To ensure it fits, take one of your comfortable t-shirts and lay it flat on a hard surface (table or floor), the front facing up.
Shoulders: measure this length from one shoulder seam to the other (see photo illustration 3).
Chest: measure this length from the seam under one arm to the seam under the other arm (see photo illustration 4).
