To ensure it fits you, get an old comfortable skirt or pants, lay your skirt on a flat surface, and measure across the skirt waistband from left to right with a tape measure, if the measurement is 35 cm, or (one cm) up or down - then it will fit.

Double that measurement to get the (total skirt) waistband measurement = ‘around your entire waist’ size.
