Note the two (2) metal loops at the bottom/base of the bag:
1 - first, detatch the strap from the bag
2 - now fully expand the strap (slide the strap to its full length)
3 - then feed one (1) end of the strap through the TOP CENTRE (middle) loop at the (back) of the bag
4 - now connect each end of the strap (to each of the metal loops at the base of the bag) - Now you have a BACK PACK
