About the Artist:
‘Diana Lane’ is an Australian artist who specialises in miniature landscape oil paintings. An award winning artist throughout the 1950s, Lane has continued to be one of Australia’s favourite miniature artists. Her scenes often portray well-known and popular Sydney suburbs and streetscapes. Some of her later works also portray Sydney Harbour and well sought after by collectors nationwide.
