This pattern is Gokusai, made by Maebata in Tajimi City, Japan.
Gokusai is an abbreviation for gokusaishiki, meaning “rich colouring".
This Vintage decorative porcelain platter is in excellent new condition.
Handcrafted in an octagonal shape and hand painted to perfection in a striking floral shades of blue, green and pink. 
A lovely addition to your kitchen decor, or serving platter on your dining table, and on the creative side, an ornamental display platter.
