Bright and colourful with gilt edging.
Scene shows the Cosy Shop with floral pots on display, flowers, and green plants all in bright distinct colours of green, blue, brown, yellow and purple.
Hand painted and decorated to perfection.
Mark on the underside includes 562 embossed numbers.
This number dates the piece around 1940.
Surprisingly still in its original box with the owner’s name and date of acquisition.
This is an unusual and lovely old piece - very collectible.
