   1. Prepare the OLLA:

• Fill it halfway with water and shake well. Discard the water and repeat the process three times.
• Fill to the top and let it sit for 24 hours.
• After 24 hours, empty and rinse again (as described above).
• Now, simply fill the OLLA to just below the top neck and, within 15 minutes, you’ll have refreshingly cool water ready to drink.

    2. Traditional Use:

• Hold the OLLA’s neck with one hand, and support the base with the other. Tilt it gently towards your mouth (approximately 10 cm    above). The water will flow slowly and create a satisfying gargling sound, adding to the experience.
• Alternatively, pour directly into a glass or drink straight from the OLLA.
